6. Third-party couriers & Fudli Courier App

6.1. Fudli integrates with third-party courier services (e.g., Stuart, WoltDrive) to support restaurant partners in fulfilling customer deliveries. In such cases: - The courier company acts as an independent data controller for personal data it collects to execute delivery services. - Fudli shares only the minimum necessary data (e.g., delivery address, contact number) to complete the delivery.

6.2. Fudli also offers its own Fudli Courier Application, used by couriers employed directly by restaurants or contracted by Fudli. - In such cases, Fudli or the restaurant acts as a data controller, depending on the courier’s contractual arrangement. - The Courier App collects data such as GPS location, delivery status updates, courier profile information, and performance metrics. - All data collected via the Courier App is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR.

7. Cookies and Tracking

7.1. Fudli uses cookies, beacons, and similar tracking technologies to: - Enable essential platform functionality - Analyze usage trends and improve performance - Personalize content and ads (where consented)

7.2. Users can manage cookie preferences via our consent management banner or browser settings.
